Frederic Moschel

Rick graduated from the University of Virginia in 1970. He taught high school and coached football at Kempsville H.S. in Virginia Beach, Va. for one year and then attended Ohio Northern University School of Law where he graduated with honors in 1974. He began practice in Hampton, Va. in the Spring of 1974, specializing in criminal defense, civil litigation, and family law. Rick has practiced in all state courts on the Peninsula and South Side and has argued a number of cases before the Virginia Court of Appeals, Virginia Supreme Court, the Federal District Court, and the Federal Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is an Adjunct Professor at the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, member of the Virginia Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Williamsburg Bar Association. Rick is the senior partner at Moschel, Clancy & Walter, P.L.L.C. and specializes in Family Law Litigation.

Lisa Mallory

Lisa received her B.S. in accounting from Christopher Newport University in 1993 and her J.D. from The Dickinson School of Law in 1997. She served as a Law Clerk for the Circuit Court of the City of Hampton and Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court of the City of Hampton. Lisa then worked as an Associate Attorney for the law firm of Cumming, Hatchett & Jordan, P.C. and is now an Associate Attorney for Moschel, Clancy & Walter P.L.L.C.. Lisa is a member of the Virginia State Bar.

Sara Riley Yohn

Sara R. Yohn grew up in Hampton, Virginia. She earned a B.S. in Economics from Virginia Tech, where she was inducted into Phi Alpha Delta, a professional law fraternity. Sara then moved to Winston Salem, North Carolina to attend Wake Forest University's School of Law. While there, she served as a member of the pro-bono society's board, and participated in the Children's Law clinic.
After receiving her J.D. from Wake Forest, Sara returned to the Hampton Roads area. She, her husband Brian, and her son John Henry live in Newport News.
Since beginning her practice at Clancy & Walter, Sara has undertaken a variety of legal matters including criminal, traffic, divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, wills, guardianship, and civil commitment. Her main areas of practice include criminal defense and family law, and she is interested in expanding her elder law practice.
Sara is a member of the Hampton Bar Association, a certified guardian ad litem for minor children and incapacitated adults, and acts as a guardian ad litem representative for the York County Court Improvement Program.

Hope C. Hutchinson

Hope Hutchinson grew up in Yorktown, VA where she attended York County Public Schools. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Christopher Newport University in 2004, graduating cum laude as a member of the President's Leadership Team. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Regent School of Law in 2010.
Hope began practicing law in Newport News in October 2010 with the Kenneth B. Murov, Attorney at Law and is pleased to practice law with Clancy & Walter, P.L.L.C. since October of 2015.
Hope maintains a general practice with a specialty in family law. She has practices in all courts on the Peninsula and South Side, including Hampton, Newport News, York County, Gloucester, Isle of Wight, Middlesex, Matthews, and Virginia Beach. She is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, American Bar Association, Newport News Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyer's Association and the Greater Women's Peninsula Bar Association. Additionally, Hope writes and presents Continuing Legal Education courses.
